Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with PrasAura. This policy explains how and when we deliver your order. If you have any questions, we're always happy to help — reach us on WhatsApp at +94 76 896 9874.

PROCESSING TIME

Every PrasAura T-shirt is self-designed and printed to order using DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing. We print and dispatch orders within 1–3 working days of your order being confirmed. During sales, new drops, or public holidays, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you posted if so.

DELIVERY AREAS & TIMES

We ship islandwide across Sri Lanka. Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur due to courier operations, weather, peak periods, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, message us on WhatsApp and we'll look into it for you.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping is charged at a flat rate, shown separately at checkout before you pay, so you always know the delivery cost upfront.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available islandwide. You can choose COD at checkout and pay in cash when your order arrives.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is handed to our delivery partner, a tracking number is generated by the courier. You'll find it in your account under Order History. If you can't locate it, just message us on WhatsApp at +94 76 896 9874 and we'll share it with you.

FAILED OR UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout, as incorrect details may delay or prevent delivery. If our delivery partner is unable to reach you or complete the delivery (for example, no answer at the address, or a COD order is not accepted), the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may involve an additional delivery charge.
